Roses and Royal Terns

After a particularly stressful and grueling week, I have absolutely no idea what I want to blog about. So until an idea enters my head, I'm leaving you all with some pretty pictures from March on my sand dune: old-fashioned, mega-perfumey roses, and Royal Terns on the beach. Wish me luck in finding my brain!

  1. The roses are beautiful and very professionally done, but for me it is the last picture that has that special something (framing? the colors? the border?) that elevates it to the next level.

I hope living near such beauty—and having an eye to see and appreciate it!—will help you get through whatever it is you are dealing with.

Thank you for the beautiful pictures to start Monday with!

    1. Anonymous, you made my day with your lovely comment. The beach photo is a cross-process. I find cross-processing can give a very particular, timeless effect to a photograph, so I use it often.
It seems to me that we are all dealing with alot of crazy stuff on this wild planet these days...but Earth has so much beauty to offer, it is a great comfort.
